Refund and Return Policy (Australia)
Overview
At Delta1, your satisfaction is important to us. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law which guarantees that our goods come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what you asked for.
If your item is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian law.
This policy also covers additional return and refund conditions for change-of-mind purchases.
Australian Consumer Guarantees
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:

Change of Mind
If we accept a return for change-of-mind:

Non-Returnable Items
